• Conversation on campus

The Northland College Student Association (NCSA) is our centralized student government organization. Founded in 1970, NCSA is the only student-run campus government in the state of Wisconsin that drafts their own budget and manages their own finances. We think that’s pretty cool.

This dedicated group is responsible for bringing many events to campus via the Campus Entertainment Committee. The committee coordinates concerts, lectures, dances, and also organizes the Ashland Folk Festival.

NCSA also plays a big role in campus clubs and organizations by providing benefits like campus fundraising approval, allocated funding accounts, and community spaces for events.

  • Involve ourselves and our organizations in service on both the Northland College campus and the greater community.
  • Adopt sustainable and environmentally responsible principles and practices while striving to become a role model for our community.
  • Provide opportunities for entertainment and celebration to the campus and the region.
