Jack Holevatz and Theresa Hintze will provide a series of educational workshops meant to help students cope with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
This group will meet via Zoom on Thursdays between March 25 and April 15, from 4 pm to 5 pm. Register here and a link for the meetings will be sent to your email. You may attend any or all of the workshops, and the topics are listed below:
Session #1 – March 25: Psychoeducation about stress and anxiety; mindfulness skills
Session #2 – April 1: Sensory processing as it relates to stress reduction
Session #3 – April 8: Distress tolerance techniques
Session #4 – April 15: Therapeutic lifestyle changes (e.g. diet, exercise, sleep, social connection).
