Round River Conservation Studies is an ecological research and education organization that offers immersive field programs for students looking to contribute to actual conservation efforts abroad while also acquiring upper-division college credits. We have programs in Mongolia, Botswana, Chilean Patagonia, Belize, British Columbia, and the southwestern US. Our student programs are designed to involve small groups of students in ongoing research projects that find and implement solutions to real conservation issues while working alongside local governments, communities, and Indigenous groups. In addition to offering upper-division academic credit, our programs provide our students with invaluable personal and professional development opportunities.
Round River will be visiting the Northland campus on Friday, January 27, for an information session. If you are unable to attend but are interested in speaking with a Round River representative, please email sara@roundriver.org or call 801-359-4250 x2. Check out our website at roundriver.org to learn more about available scholarships and student projects.
