Northland’s campus community is invited to learn more about our campus climate on Thursday, September 21. This presentation will be given twice, with one session from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. and another from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., to give more people an opportunity to attend.
Rankin Climate consultants Erik Malewski and Meredith Smith will be returning to campus to present the results from the sixteen campus climate focus group sessions that were held on March 20, 2023.
This presentation is open to current Northland College students, faculty, staff, and contracted services employees only.
Northland employees who work remotely can email Barb Lundberg to make arrangements for a virtual option.
Presentation materials will be available to the Northland community following these sessions. We will use what we learn from the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Sense of Belonging (DEIS) Campus Climate Study to inform our DEIS action plan. The next step will be to schedule feedback sessions for our Northland students and employees to help develop action items.
