Just Mercy is based on the true life events of Bryan Stevenson, an Alabama lawyer who works on death penalty cases. The film will primarily focus on the wrongful conviction of Walter McMillian. After the screening, there will be a brief Q&A about the death penalty.

This event is free and open to current Northland College students, staff, and faculty.
