This weekly group, led by Jocelyn Langholz, will focus on topics that include: motivation, using healthy self to heal the eating disordered self, it’s not about the food, it IS about the food, feeling feelings/challenging thoughts, changing behaviors, reaching out to people, and finding meaning/purpose.
This group will meet via Zoom on Mondays between March 22 and April 19, from noon to 1 pm, and may be extended into May term depending on student interest.
