Beginning September 28 and 29 learn to meditate or deepen your practice in this eight week class. Meditation practice helps develop clarity and stability of mind. With this we are not as distracted by fear, wild thoughts, and the chaos of everyday life. We become more aware of our habitual mental patterns and develop strategies for responding to situations with more patience and compassion.

Join meditation instructor Amy Billman as you learn the basics of meditation practice. If you have no previous experience, you will come away with everything you need to start a daily practice. If you have been at this for a while, you will gain some pointers to help you deal with obstacles that may arise in practice. We willl begin to transform our relationship with our minds and develop more kindness and compassion to ourselves and the world around us.
The student rate is $25 for all eight weeks. For the general public the fee is $60 but no one will be turned away if unable to pay.
