Cold, crisp air drifts across a snow-covered expanse while a yellow moon slowly creeps out from behind the tree line, encompassing the lake in a bright white glow. You kick through dry, white snow crystals leaving a scar on the untouched lake. Off in a little bay you erect your tent, set up your stove, and cozy up for an experience you won’t forget.
Join us for an all-day event where you will learn the skills to use hot tents and experience the wonder that winter in the north woods has to offer. We will head out to a lake to explore the joy of hot tents and winter camping. You can also become certified to rent hot tents from the Outpost as well as receive a discount on your first rental!
No prior experience is required. All you need is food and clothes to keep you comfortable and warm for a full day spent playing and learning in the beauty of the north woods.
