Relax and recharge at the Forest Lodge Educational Campus for a meditation and yoga retreat. The schedule includes unstructured time in the woods, yoga, and guided meditation.

Retreat Details
There are two options for this retreat: attending for the full weekend (Friday–Sunday, September 27–29) or joining us for one day (Saturday, September 28, only). View the schedule.
This retreat uses sliding-scale pricing to make this experience more accessible. The suggested fee for the one-day retreat is $75–150; suggested weekend retreat pricing can be found under “Lodging Choices and Pricing” below.
Towels and linens are not provided.
Meals
Meals will be provided:
- One-day Retreat: Three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- Weekend Retreat: Five meals
- Friday: Dinner
- Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Sunday: Breakfast
You can let us know about any dietary restrictions you have on the registration form.

Lodging
Lodging is available for this program. Attendees can choose to stay overnight at Forest Lodge (linens not provided), but you are not required to do so.
Lodging Choices and Pricing
If you choose not to stay at Forest Lodge, your suggested registration fee is $105–180. The suggested prices listed below for each lodging option cover retreat participation and lodging:
- Camping—$120–195
- Shared room—$145–220
Attendees staying in a shared room can choose their roommate when they register or opt to be matched with somebody else. - Private room—$175–250
