Relax and recharge at the Forest Lodge Educational Campus for a meditation retreat. The schedule includes meditation instruction and practices led by Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Jodi Supanich (RYT 200), unstructured time in the woods, guided relaxation, and an optional forest bathing and yoga practices session led by Sara Clem (RYT 500).

The following meals will be provided:
- Friday: Dinner
- Saturday: Three meals
- Sunday: Breakfast
You can let us know about any dietary restrictions you have on the registration form.
Lodging is available for this program. Attendees can choose to stay overnight at Forest Lodge inside (linens not provided) or camp on the property (tents not provided). Attendees are not required to stay at Forest Lodge.
Lodging Choices and Pricing
If you choose not to stay at Forest Lodge, your registration fee will be $135. Your registration fee is included in the prices listed below for each lodging option:
- Camping at Forest Lodge—$155
- Shared room—$175
Attendees staying in a shared room can choose their roommate when they register or opt to be matched with somebody else.
- Private room—$195
