Building upon last semester’s generative Food Forum discussion, this event seeks to chart a path forward for the campus food system. Director of Dining Services Greta Oliphant will respond to student concerns and share changes in progress and for the future. Hulings Rice Food Center Assistant Manager Danny Simpson will then offer the new Food Procurement and Sustainable Dining policy and engage in conversation with the campus community about upholding food values.
