About Fall Convocation
Fall Convocation is a celebration of this year’s incoming class. Returning students are welcome to process across Fenenga Bridge, followed by our newest Northlanders (including new transfer students), to a short, celebratory program with speakers including President Chadwick L. Dayton, Vice President for Academic Affairs Barb Lundberg, and Vice President for Enrollment Alex Patterson. Members of our campus community—especially faculty and staff—are encouraged to line up along the path from Fenenga Bridge to the Campus Mall to cheer on our students.
About the Everybody Party
The Everybody Party is NCSA’s annual back-to-school bash. This year will feature camaraderie, free food, and live music by local artists Joel Glickman, Jay Harris, and Saints of Circumstance! The meal will be served at 5:30 p.m.
The meal will be a taco/nacho bar and will be free or pay as you can (optional). If you’re able to, we strongly encourage bringing your own dishes; dishes and utensils will be provided for those who can’t. You can also bring tupperware if you want to take leftovers at the end. The meal will be prepared by Chartwells dining services in collaboration with the Hulings Rice Food Center and NCSA.
