Matthew Hoszko ’17
Current Title: Director of Carrier Procurement
Current Employer: Evans Transportation Services
Responsibilities:
- Currently tasked with the development and progression of the procurement side of truckload brokerage while mentoring and leading carrier procurement representatives to become successful contributors within the logistics industry
- Direction and leadership of the carrier side of the Evans Transportation
- Strategic initiatives, market analysis, carrier selection, and the overall profitability (carrier related) of Evans Transportation
- Oversee one manager, nine carrier procurement representatives, and four interns

Responsibilities: I manage a team of thirteen inside sales reps who manage a full sales cycle and sell our suite of cybersecurity products to all market segments and industries (private sector) across the Americas.

Skyler Dural-Eder ’13
Current Title: Director of Human Resources
Current Employer: Northwest Wisconsin CEP
Responsibilities: Working in a small (~30 person) non-profit organization, my role varies depending on what is needed any given day. My main work activities involve working through the selection process for new employees, onboarding, employee benefits administration, EEO, and retention activities. I also serve on our executive management team, providing policy guidance and general oversight for the organization. Additionally, I write grants, am a licensed health insurance navigator, and fill in for direct consumer support when needed.

Heather Shelly ’10
Current Title: Director—Financial Aid
Current Employer: Georgia Southern University
Responsibilities: Financial aid director and compliance officer assisting a student population of just over 26,000 spanning over three campuses. Oversee the administration of all financial aid programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, policies, and procedures. Strategic partner in assisting USG HBCU university, Savannah State, overseeing their financial aid process and compliance.
