The Fruit Loop. It’s a cereal, yes… But it’s also an iconic bike ride through the colorful vistas of farmland on the Bayfield Peninsula! Known for its apple and berry production, the Bayfield Peninsula calls to people from all over to experience the bounty it provides.
You can join Outdoor Pursuits on the classic Fruit Loop by bike. No experience needed to enjoy this day outing. On this leisurely pedal, you will soak in the fall colors and indulge in some local apples at planned stops at local orchards. The route is ten miles, and bikes will be provided if needed.
This event is open to current Northland College students, faculty, and staff.
Be prepared for variable weather. Transportation, experienced instructors, and lunch will be provided. Bring extra layers, a water bottle, and snacks.
