3rd Annual Whistlestop Midnight Ramble

Do you have a bike and a small tickling for adventure? Our 3rd annual Whistlestop Ramble is a 26-mile bike ride starting on CR 242 (near Iron River, WI) and ending at the fire ring on campus. We will begin at midnight. Riders will typically make it back to campus between 3 and 4 a.m. Riders are required to have the following items: a sound bike for the conditions (Course is 98% LOOSE gravel, No slick tires), visible clothing (preferably neon), a helmet, headlamp or light with spare batteries, appropriately dress for the conditions. Event will be canceled in the event of extreme cold or rain and participants will be notified via email/text by 10 p.m. Friday night. 

Starting Friday Night, October 13th, 2017 at Midnight. Participants will meet at 11 pm in front of the Ponzio center.

PRE-EVENT MEETING: REQUIRED ATTENDANCE: Thursday, October 12th at 7 pm in the LumberJack Lounge (30 Minutes). Bring Your Bike!

WHERE: Route is from CR 242 Along the Tri –County Corridor to fire ring on campus

TRANSPORTATION: First 25 people to sign-up will be provided free transportation to the starting line.

WHERE TO SIGN UP: Visit the Outpost to sign-up before Thursday, October 12th. All participants required to fill out a waiver.
