Biography

Earned and Honorary Degrees

BS Natural Resources—Forestry and Ecological Restoration, Northland College

Background

I am originally from the Chicagoland area, but came to Northland as a student and graduated in the spring of 2020. During my time as a student, I worked in residential life, first as a resident assistant (RA) and then as the head RA for my last two years. After graduation, I decided to stay to work in residential life professionally.

Why Northland?

When coming to Northland as a student, I was attracted to the small size and environmentally-centered classes. Forestry and restoration appealed to me, and there is no better place to study that than in the middle of the woods.
I decided to stay after graduation in a professional manner because I love the area and the Northland community that I get to work with.

Interests

In my free time, I am working on obtaining my master’s in business administration online from Benedictine University.
When I am looking for fun, I enjoy cycling, hiking, and cooking. I like getting outside, even when it is cold or wet.
