Background

Originating in the Philadelphia suburbs, I headed south to college. Then, I began a long career in higher education. I have worked in Advancement at a number of private colleges, a major state university, and a national scholarship organization. For the last thirty years, I have lived in Minnesota.

Why Northland?

Northland's unique character and important mission was appealing. Northland College President Michael Miller and his strong leadership team convinced me this was the right fit. I love being able to garner support for current and future students, and also connecting with and engaging alumni.

Student Involvement

I love to work with students on our phonathon team as well as the student philanthropy group. It has been fun getting to know other students and connect them with alumni and donors for scholarships, internships, and other programs.

Personal Interests

I love to read, hike, snowshoe, travel, and enjoy the outdoors. As a people person, I love getting together with friends over a good meal.
