I was born and raised in Bayfield, WI, and live just outside of Bayfield. I have two stepsons and two grown boys of my own. I have worked in higher education since I was 20 years old and in financial aid since 2005.

Being from the area and working at the local technical college for 18 years, I decided it was time to advance in my career. I love the college atmosphere, I love living in the Northwoods, and I love helping students so it seemed like the perfect fit.

The best part of my job is helping students. It gives me great satisfaction when I can make a difference in the lives of students. I enjoy supporting our students and especially enjoy partaking in sporting events.

I love to travel and explore new places. I also love boating, taking walks on the beach, rock picking, and exploring the Apostle Islands. Being outside brings me joy as does spending time with my two grown boys.
