Our Health Center assists you in taking responsibility for your own health, and helps you create a full and balanced lifestyle. The Health Center is located in the Ponzio Campus Center and is staffed by a registered nurse.

Services Provided

• Treatment of minor illness and injuries
• Dispensing over-the-counter medications
• Dressing changes, suture removal, ice packs/hot packs
• Crutches available on loan
• Appointments available with Dr. Matheus

Health Forms

As a first-year or transfer student, you are required to submit a physical exam form and a record of immunization status prior to arrival on campus. First-year athletes must also submit an athletes medical history form. How and when to submit these forms can be found on our incoming student page.
