Transferring to Northland College can be quick and easy. Northland has a dedicated transfer coordinator to help with your transition. It is your one-stop-shop to get all of your questions answered about the classes that you are currently taking, how credits will transfer, what types of scholarship opportunities await, and more.


Northland accepts students into both our fall and winter terms. We are on rolling admission which means that we will accept and review your application as we receive it, up until the start of term. However, you are encouraged to begin your application process as soon as possible to ensure your ability to start in your desired term and to take full advantage of scholarship opportunities.

transfer Requirements

To be considered for admission you must:

  1. Complete the online application
  2. Submit your official college transcripts from all institutions attended
  3. Submit your official high school transcripts or official GED report (not needed for applicants who have acquired more than 17 college credits)
  4. Submit your ACT or SAT score (not needed for applicants who have been out of high school more than one year or who transfer in a significant amount of credits)
