We are excited to continue the Ask Our Alumni series, which invites alumni to share their career experience during moderated panel discussions followed by conversational breakout rooms.

Thursday, November 18 (6–7 p.m.) – Ask Our Alumni: Career Entry as a BIPOC (Natural Resources & Science Careers)
Who we need: 3–4 panelists who identify as black, indigenous, or a person of color who are currently working in natural resources and/or science related careers, especially those with supervisory experience. Panelists who can speak to topics such as: what to be aware of throughout the job search, application, interview, onboarding and continuing career entry phases as a BIPOC person.
Thursday, January 20 (6–7 p.m.) – Ask Our Alumni: Natural Resources & Science Careers
Who we need: 3–4 panelists that are currently working in Natural Resources or Environmental Science related careers. Specific representation from young and mid-level professionals working in nonprofit, government (local, state, or federal), and private industry is needed, including at least one seasoned professional who is/has been in a hiring or supervisory role.
Thursday, February 17 (6–7 p.m.) – Ask Our Alumni: Career Entry as a BIPOC (Social Science & Humanities Careers)
Who we need: 3–4 panelists who identify as black, indigenous, or a person of color who are currently working in social science or humanities related careers, especially those with supervisory experience. Panelists who can speak to topics such as: what to be aware of throughout the job search, application, interview, onboarding and continuing career entry phases as a BIPOC person.
Thursday, March 24 (6–7 p.m.) – Ask Our Alumni: Social Science Careers
Who we need: 3–4 panelists that represent careers in the Social Sciences, prioritizing young and mid-level professionals for at least two of these panelists, and at least one panelist representing a seasoned professional who is or has been in hiring /supervisory positions.
Thursday, March 31 (6–7 p.m.) – Ask Our Alumni: Career Entry as a Diverse Learner
Who we need: 3–4 panelists who identify as diverse learners (ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Dyslexia, Autism, etc), who are working in any career field, especially those with supervisory experience, who have supported staff members with official accommodation needs/requests, or providing accommodations that didn’t go through a formal process.
Thursday, April 14 (6–7 p.m.) – Ask Our Alumni: Business Careers
Who we need: 3–4 panelists that represent careers in marketing, finance, business management, sales, and possibly an entrepreneurial role, prioritizing young and mid-level professionals for at least two of these panelists, and at least one panelist representing a seasoned professional who is or has been in hiring/supervisory positions.
