Transcript Requests

Northland College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide online ordering of transcripts. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

Duplicate Diplomas

In light of Northland College’s February 19, 2025, announcement of closure at the end of the 2024–25 academic year, duplicate diplomas are only available until the College begins winding down operations. A specific date will be shared here when it is available.

To request duplicate diploma copies, please complete the order form below.

Diplomas are printed on 8.5″ x 11″ paper and include signatures of the current chair of the Northland College Board of Trustees and Northland College’s current president. Diplomas will be processed on a weekly basis.

If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, a link for payment will be provided after this form is received. Checks should be made out to Northland College and can be provided in person or sent via US mail. Cash orders can be paid in person only.
