Access Guarantee
Finally. A private college education at a public school cost.
Are you concerned about affording the advantages of a private college education? Then check out Northland College's Access Guarantee. Through this innovative program, new freshmen students from low and middle income families can attend Northland College at the same or lower cost than primary public university of your home state.
Northland offers scholarships in recognition of need and academic ability that make the cost to attend equal to or lower than advertised tuition, fees, room and board at the primary public university of your home state. Any eligibility for federal or state need-based aid will make Northland's costs even lower.
Through Access Guarantee, you'll get all the educational advantages of a private college, such as much smaller class sizes and spending time with, getting to know and being taught by professors rather than teaching assistants. This deeper educational partnership can make a powerful difference in your overall educational experience, particularly opportunities for employment and graduate or professional study following your time at Northland.
To qualify for Northland's Access Guarantee, you must be a new freshman student and:
- Have a "B" or better average GPA in high school
- Come from a family with an annual adjusted gross income of $150,000 or less
- Submit a completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our school code is 003875.
With Access Guarantee, choose the school that best fits your needs without worrying about price differences. For more information about Access Guarantee, contact the Northland College Office of Admission at (800) 753-1840 or via e-mail at admit@northland.edu.
