The Center for Wellness and Lifelong Learning offers workshops designed to enhance your well-being and promote lifelong learning. The Center for Wellness and Lifelong Learning program emphasizes eight wellness dimensions. These include ecological, spiritual, physical, social, intellectual, emotional, economic, and vocational wellness. The workshops are all designed to meet intentional learning goals in one or more of the wellness dimensions. Completing workshops in each wellness dimension is required for graduation.
