Tribal Nation Flag Dedication Ceremony

3-4 p.m. @ Alvord Theatre/Baldwin Commons
The dedication of Tribal Nation Flags from the Bad River, Red Cliff, Lac Courte Oreilles, and Lac Du Flambeau Tribes, will be conducted and placed in the campus cafeteria, alongside flags from numerous other Nations. The second flag dedicated will be used in the grand entry at our annual spring powwow. Light refreshments will follow.

Tribal leaders from Bad River, Red Cliff, Lac Courte Oreilles, and Lac Du Flambeau will provide their insight on the concept of Tribal Sovereignty and how this has affected their Tribal Communities. This session is open to all individuals.
