Congratulations! You're at the point in your career development where you can plunge yourself into the culminating phase of your plan, by:

• Pursuing an internship to gain comprehensive pre-professional experience,
• Applying for a "Research Experience for Undergraduates" (REU), through the National Science Foundation to strengthen your skills, experience, and preparation for graduate or professional education,
• Developing and implementing job search strategies to seek employment, or
• Furthering your education in the form of graduate or professional school.

This phase includes significant preparation, follow-up, and persistence to be successful in pursuit of your options. The pages that follow will focus you into the process and possibilities of fully immersing yourself into making your education work for you. Now is the time for you to connect and use resources from the Career Education Center, your faculty, other mentors in your network such as family and friends for example, to help you access these opportunities.
