Profile
Since February 2011, I have worked as an Admissions Counselor at Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin. In this role I am responsible for guiding students through the enrollment process. I currently work with students from South Eastern Wisconsin. I came to Northland College in 2007, because as an institution it provides students with an education that prepares students for any walk of life. Northland engages student in a hands-on field experience education, while providing an intimate classroom involvement. As a community, Northland College has been the most friendly, warm, and welcoming place I have ever been.

Favorite thing to do in Ashland
I enjoy the areas diverse recreational activities from rock climbing, fishing, paddling, backpacking, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and biking on my road bike. Sunsets in Ashland are their own spectacular activity, so they always provide me with plenty to view while biking the Ashland Lakeshore Trail. From the seasonal festivals, like Bay Days, Brownstone Days, and Applefest and events such as Book Across the Bay and Big Top Chautauqua, Ashland gives me plenty to do throughout the year.
