As founding chair of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Construction Law practice group, Lowell Noteboom has more than 30 years of experience representing international firms in the construction industry. He served as the fifth president of Leonard, Street and Deinard of Minneapolis for 12 years, a position he held from 1994 to 2005. Lowell is chair of the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and chair of the American Symphony Orchestra League, New York City.
