The townhouses are two bedroom, two bath, fully furnished apartments (each with a kitchen and living room) located right next to Mead Hall and near the Campus Center and ELLC. They are designed to enhance an independent lifestyle while giving the residents the convenience of living on campus. There are eight town-houses, each housing four students.
