Cost of Attendance

The approximate cost of attendance for 2008-2009 for domestic students:

Tuition & Fees $23,101
Room $2,600
Board $3,840
Total direct costs $29,541

 

 

 

 

Textbooks are not included in these fees. When planning for your expenses for the academic year, expenses go beyond room, board and tuition. Please consider costs for personal expenses, transportation and educational supplies.

Students who need assistance in order to afford attendance at Northland are encouraged to submit their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Priority deadline to file the FAFSA is March 15th. 

International Student Cost of Attendance

The expenses reflected on the Certification of Finances form include the following:

Tuition & Fees                               $23,101

Room (during academic year)           $2,600

Board (during academic year)           $3,840

Books and supplies                         $700

Clothing, travel and personal expenses    $1,500

Room and Board during vacations    $500

Summer room and board                 $1,500

Summer personal expenses            $700

Total expenses                            $34,441

 

Students who wish to take classes in the summer can expect to pay the following additional expenses:

Summer tuition and fees    $310 per credit

Summer book expenses    $150
