All full-time freshmen and sophomore students are required to live in on-campus housing, unless any of the following conditions apply to you:

1. Are over the age of 21 prior to September 1 of the Academic Year for which you are enrolled.
2. Are married.
3. Have served in the Armed Forces (minimum two-year active duty).
4. Are living with your parents or legal guardian in the Ashland Area.
5. Have reached Junior academic standing (58 credits).
6. Are granted an exemption for extraordinary circumstances.

Students who do not meet any of the above requirements at the beginning of the academic year will be required to maintain campus residency even though they may meet the requirements during the year. This obligation will persist even if other off-campus arrangements have been made by a student.
