The Bethel University Royals (8-7) managed 13 hits in game one and 14 hits in game two as they overpowered the Jills (3-12) to 8-2 and 9-1 victories. 

The Jills got off to a great start in game one.  With the bases loaded, Tiffany Datko scored on an error by third base.  Katie Zaban advanced to third before scoring on a Brittany Schmitt single. However, the Jills couldn't hold on to their lead for long as the Royals tied the game at the bottom of the first, and proceded to add six more runs with no answer from the Jills. 

Schmitt had an RBI and two hits, including a double for the Jills in the eight-hit outing.  Becky Walters also added a double.

Bethel was the first to get on the board in the second game of the night, as they scored one run in the bottom of the second, but Northland had an answer right away.  In the top of the third, Aurora Albrecht's one run single sent Shondreika Givens home to tie the game, but that was all we heard from the Jills.  The Royals added eight more runs to put the game out of reach. 

Albrecht had two hits and the sole RBI for the Jills; they managed six hits in all.
