The second inning began when Kyle Rogers walked and advanced to second on Cody Carroll's sacrafice bunt. Rogers scored on a RBI by Chris Panabaker. Panabaker then scored on a RBI by Jason Jarrell.The Jacks held their lead until the bottom of the fourth when Scholastica answered back with 4 runs on 2 hits. Northland did not score in the last three innings, only getting one hit while Scholastica scored 2 more runs in the fifth on 2 RBIs by Ritsche.Joe Lopjersberger took the loss, making his season record 4-2.In the second game, it was St. Scholastica that came out strong with 2 runs in the bottom of the first inning and 2 more in the second. Northland began to fight back in the fifth. Jason Jarrell started with a single, and Myles Buuck followed with another. Travis Wederstrandt reached on an error by first base and Jarrell scored the unearned run. However this wasn't enough as they failed to score again, and allowed 4 more runs by Scholastica. Myles Buuck took the loss for the Jacks.
