Summer Endurance Strength Challenge

All High School youth (entering grades 9-12) are welcome to participate in the endurance strength challege.  We will meet three days per week throughout the summer (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) to work on Nordic specific strength drills at Northland College.  Cost is $15.00.  Contact Coach Beeksma for more information and to sign-up.
