To enroll in the Management & Leadership major, you must have a minimum of 58 semester hours of transferable college credits, and a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better on a 4.0 grading scale. If you have less than 58 credits your degree is still within your reach. Check out the options for earning credit page. Northland's Evening Degree program works closely with area two-year schools to ensure a much smoother transfer of credits. In fact, we have articulation agreements with WITC, Gogebic Community College, and Nicolet Area Tech College. Many students come to Northland with credit from several institutions. We will evaluate your transcripts and help you develop a degree plan based on your unique experience. See the Getting Started page for more information. Our program will evaluate the credits you have no matter how new or old they may be. So whether you were in school 3 years ago or 30 years ago, your credits will be evaluated through the same process.
