Member of the Board of Trustees since 2003. Don Fouts is Professor & Director, Center for Higher Education and Organizational Change at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. For many years, Don served as President of the Illinois Institute of Independent Colleges and Universities.
Don graduated from Ashland High School, attended Northland College for two years, and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and a doctorate in political science from the University of Minnesota. Don has served on the graduate faculty of political science at Northern Illinois University and currently lectures on political advocacy at the Harris Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. He has served as a board member of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.
Don is a member of the Academic Affairs, Enrollment & Marketing, and Institutional Advancement committees.
